These are the basic rules of Bursting Energy.Rank:
You will start as Academy Student untill someone on the Village gives you a Ranking Exam. ((We will do our best to rank fairly based on performance))Battiling:
1.When posting a battle. Please name your topic.
2.Try not to have a conversation on another person's battle. If they don't mind..then you can post.
3.Also do not try to kill or beat your opponent on your first turn...it will make things boring.
4.No Auto-hitting. ((I will have a classroom section about "Auto Effects"These are the main rules))

Also another important rule. All Members will start out as Academy Student untill they ae ranked AND go to the classroom and sign their name that they have participated in "Classroom! Tips on RP"
