The Dice Roll is a feature that will be used when 2 Jutsu clash.

Like Rasengan VS Raikiri

The Shinobi who uses Rasegan would roll.
He number will appear.
Then the Shinobi who will use Raikiri would post and then roll.

When Rolling you will place a 3 in the box. Unless you have abilites witch will grant you more rolls. ((Example: Eye Traits))
